Elon Musk's artificial intelligence venture Grok has published a seven-minute video billed as Episode 1 of an Odyssey series, according to reports from TechCrunch, Variety, Mashable, WeRSM, IMDb, and NewsCord. The release comes three months after Musk publicly declared that Grok would produce a full-length, historically accurate movie version of the ancient Greek epic. [1][2][3][4][5][6]

TechCrunch reported that the newly released video footage looks acceptable provided viewers are not seeking artistry, inspiration, or human interest. The project was created in collaboration with Wonder Studios, according to NewsCord. [1][6]

The Odyssey is an ancient Greek poem attributed to Homer that focuses on themes of homecoming, endurance, and familial loyalty following the Trojan War. TechCrunch reported that Musk previously criticized filmmaker Christopher Nolan's version of the story due to casting choices, positioning Grok's adaptation as a historically accurate alternative.
