Private equity firm One Equity Partners has taken a majority stake in technology systems integrator Myriad360, PE Hub, Business Wire, and citybiz reported. M&A advisory firm martinwolf advised Myriad360 on the transaction, according to Business Wire. [1][3][4]
Myriad360 was founded in 2003, PE Hub reported. The company provides artificial intelligence, cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking, data center modernization, and managed services to corporate enterprises and neocloud providers, according to PE Hub. [1]
One Equity Partners was established in 2001 as the private equity division of Bank One before spinning out as an independent entity in 2015. The firm managed approximately 16 billion dollars in assets under management as of September 2025. [5]
