The Federal Reserve Board announced on Thursday, November 5, 2026, that it has terminated an enforcement action involving three California financial entities. Federal Reserve News, InsuranceNewsNet, Mirage News, and Blockchain News all reported that the order applies to Allegiant United Holdings, LLC, Nano Financial Holdings, Inc., and Nano Banc. All three entities are based in Irvine, California. [1][8][9][10]

According to Federal Reserve News, the regulatory action was formally terminated on October 21, 2026. The action originally stemmed from a Written Agreement dated February 24, 2021. [1]

The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System serves as the primary governing body of the Federal Reserve System in the United States. It oversees regional Federal Reserve Banks and directs the nation's monetary policy. The termination clears regulatory constraints that were established under the original 2021 supervisory agreement. [1][11]

The end of this enforcement action marks another regulatory update from central bank authorities. As FTMQ Business reported earlier, the Federal Reserve Board previously terminated supervisory enforcement actions against Kansas-based Gardner Bancshares and Small Business Bank on October 13, 2026.
